The Estates & Facilities Helpdesk enables staff and students to log requests for maintenance, security and cleaning at the University.

Monday to Thursday, 8am - 4pm and Friday, 8am - 3.30pm. Issues are not monitored
over the weekend, or during public or University holidays.
