The Estates & Facilities Helpdesk enables staff and students to log requests for maintenance, security and cleaning at the University.
To log a request, go to the Helpdesk or scan one of these QR codes, download the Planon Live app and enter the URL: https://usw-prod.planoncloud.com

Please note, issues logged using the Helpdesk link and QR codes are monitored Monday to Thursday, 8am - 4pm and Friday, 8am - 3.30pm. Issues are not monitored over the weekend, or during public or University holidays.
